Serves as the Executive Secretary, leads an Effective Coordination and Communication Strategy. Communication mainly via email, telephone and teleconferences, face-to-face meetings, keep board members other up dated and make prompt decisions on the workplans. Compile an annual report.

The up-to-date project work plan and all deliverables prepared will be filed on a secure foundation web site to which all board members will have access. Proper and efficient communication ensures coherence and harmony in the implementation of program activities.
